AN INTERESTING PLACE I HAVE VISITED

One of the most interesting places I have ever visited is a house in Alfbufeira, Portugal. When I was visting my grandmother in Lisboa, she said we could either visit Oporto or Albufeira. I'm so gland I chosse to go to Albufeira because it's incredible!

Alfubeira is a small but cozy town in the south of Portugal. It's also famous for it's huge, clear and fascinating beaches.

From the outside, the house looked great. There was a large glass front door. When we went inside the house was very spacious. However, outside the house it was very hot but when I went into the house I had the air conditioning and I felt great. The walls of the romms were pastel shades, which made you feel relaxed. All the rooms had windows, so they were very bright.

I liked the house because it was in a dream. Moreover, it was a house with many windows which you didn't have privacy. But being a small town there were very few people and that wasn't a big problem. One of the things that surprised me the most was it's garage for two cars. I'd also like to go there again with my friends because it would be a different top.

AN AMAZING DATE

A fortnight ago, I met an amazing boy called Pablo at the party for my best friend. He asked me if I wanted to go out gone day with him and I accepted. This day I wore my new dress.

I wasn't late and Pablo was impressed because my best friend told him that I'm always late to all places. First, we went to a restaurant that made delicius food. Once there he asked me if I wanted to be his formal girlfriend. I was a little shocked because I didn't expect it. After dinner was spent all the night talking about us.

At the end of the night, he acompanied me to my house and he said goodbye with a kiss. Shortly after I received a  message from him saying that he wanted to stay with me again. Although I did the hard, I'm sure he thinks that really wants to stay with him.

WHY IS CYBERBULLING?

Social media has an impact on one's personal and family life. It can also affect one's behaviour. The extent of the impact depends on each individual, but it goes without saying that it's worldwide reach has a significant lcoal ad worldwide impacts.

Most of our contacsts on Facebook, Twitter, etc aren't people with whom we have any personal contact. This means that not knowing personally the people we can have negative consequences. As for example: to replace your identity, to have photos and videos of you, to know where you live, what you are doing in that moment...etc.

I think that the forms of communication that exist today are quite good with regard to several years ago. Now, there is much more privacy in your photos, in your personal data...etc. Although there are hackers who can get all that, but only professional hackers.

In conclusiom, means communication such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and online games are now safer than several years ago. But you have to be careful with hackers who can get all your information.

MY WEEKEND

This weekend I'm going to Zurgena with my friends to spend the town festivities. Although we are only going to be three days, I know they are going to increible. I'm very organized for what I have been planning this weekend fot two weeks because I want it to be unforgettable. I want everything I have planned to do even though my friends are crazy. This is my plan for my weekend:

My weekend starts at nine o'clock on Friday morning. That night my friends are sleeping in my house to go on time. At half past ten, we are already leaving Salobreña. About half past twelve we will arrive at the village, unpack our bags, rest and prepare to go to some bar. In the afternoon, we will stay home to rest and take a nap. At night, we will have dinner and we will manage to leave. This night Antonio Orozco is going to sing!!!

The next day I plan to stay home until the afternoon. There will be games in the square where we are meeting (I hope our team wins). When the games are over, we'll go home to get ready. My friends and I will go out for dinner because we have been invited by my friends there to a roasted potato. After lunch, we will leave for the party.

The last day I hope not to be very tired, although it will be impossible because we will have slept very little. On Sunday afternoon we will come back to Salobreña to rest a bit because in two days we will be going to a festival in Marbella.

TERRORISM

Today terrorism is a current issue. Everyone is worrried about what may happen, because you never know when they are going to act, how they are going to do it, on what site, what object they are going to use...etc.

Now the target is Spain, they want to kill everyone because they want to have Al-Andalus again. Recently there have been two attacks in Spain, one in the ramblas of Barcelona and another in Cambrils, and more than 100 have been injured, 14 of whom were very seriously injured. The perpetrators of the attack have used two white vans.

Although Spain isn't the only victim, there is also Nice, Paris or London in the list of cities marked by the terror of the Islamic State. Unfortunately London has had three bombings is less than three months. The one of Nice was something very similar to the one of Barcelona but the numer of dead is  greater. And France is the worst with respect to the attacks with 130 dead.

I think that to end all this we would have to arrest the boss of all this. Because I think that if he is the one who gives the orders and is captured, he could no longer commit any terrorist attacks an innocent people. Therefore, we would be at peace.

Dear Mary,

What about your holidays? I'm really enjoying my holidays, I hope you are having a good time, too. Although this year I cannot go on holidays because my sister is going to study away from home. My parents and I are very involved with the papers of the university and finding some accomodation for her.

This sumer is going very fast for me and I don't like it. In my opinion, it is of the shortest ones in my life. But it is also one of the years that I have enjoyed the beach the most, although I don't like it. I have also had new experiences that I have loved and hope to repeat.

For me, the only bad thing about this summer is that I have to study. But, I want to do the September exams and enjoy those days before starting the new school year with my family and friends. As well, another bad thing is that I have not been able to enjoy the parties around my town, although those beach afternoons with my friends will be unforgettable.

In conclusion, I hope that this last school year is as enjoyable as possible and that I will pass the Selectivity exams. I would also like to keep up with my friends in class and learn everthing that teachers teach us and more. I look forward to your letter and I hope you will enjoy the rest of the summer.

WHAT WOULD YOU EAT FOR YOUR LAST MEAL?

Ötzi

Ötzi, also known as the Iceman, has nineteen living relatives of 5300 years ago. This mummmy was found in the Alps in 1991. It's estimated to be about 45 years old, 1,59cm tall, about 50kg and some health problems, probably from freezing. He had many physical defects; His body was full of tattoos made with small cuts. In spite of this, including the shoulder blunt wound, he died of a blow to the head.

Ötzi was found by climbers on the border between Italy and Austria. At first it was thought that it was a recent corpse but after several studies they obtained that the body had thousands of years. It is also known that Ötzi did not have a quiet life, due to the state of his body by all the wounds.

In addition, scientists found eggs from parasites that cause the disease Lyme in his stomach. They also found some remaining of wild goats and thirty different types of pollen, which means that Ötzi died in spring or at the beginnig of summer.

What would I have for my last meal? I think my last meal would be my favourite food. I wouldn't care how unhealthy that was. 

ARE YOU A CYBERBULLYING YOURSELF?

Cyberbullying is the use of telematic means ( Internet, mobile phones and video games mainly online) to exert psychological harassment between equals. This is not sexual harassement or a case where adult people participate.
To realize that we are in a case of cyberbullying we must see if we receive a threat harassment, humiliation or annoyance of someone through the Internet, mobile phones, video games online or other telematic technologies.

Many people are cyberbullying but are not aware of it. But a low percentage do it to hurt people. For example: A 10-years-old girl created a group in Facebook for humiliating a classmate. This has no explanation of what a 10-years-old girl wants to do harm other people.

Also many people confuse cyberbullying with bullying but they aren't similar. Cyberbullying is manifest thorugh very different ways and have strategies of advance and different consequences, although bullying is often by. 

In conclusion, cyberbullying is a serious problem because of its anonymity, the lack of direct perception of the damage caused and the adoption of imaginary roles on the web. STOP CYBERBULLYING!!! 

MASS TOURISM CAN KILL OUR CITIES

Tourism in Spain is the essence of this country especially in summer. Many foreigners from all over the world come to the coast of Spain because of its temperatures. Most young people go to cities like Ibiza or Marbella. However, gold is not that glittters and tourism has a number of advantages and disadvantages.

One of the most frequent disadvantages is the riots and fights involving young tourists. On party nights they are drunk on the streets making noise and disturbing families who are taking walks in the city. This happened because Spain is the only country where drinking in the street is permitted. It's also one of the countries that more people suffer from ethyl commas, especially minors.

The most important advantages of tourism is the increase in employment, from the point of view of our economy. For hotels, bars, reestaurants in summer are the days where they make more money and can hire more people. Another advantage, but less important, is the family break for their holidays, since they can travel to the site and disconnect from work.

TRAVELLING TO IBIZA AND DRONIES

First, I'm going to talk about Ibiza. Ibiza is one of the most famous islands in the world. This island stands out for its magnificent parties, many foreigners visit it. Although it also stands out for its climate, its beaches and the monuments that you can visit. Personally, I want to visit that island because it draws my attention.

Secondly, I'm going to talk about drones. Drones are known around the world. These devices don't have a crew. They are small or medium in size and controlled remotely. They can carry GPS, infrarred sensors, high resolution cameras and radar controls.

ONCE UPON A TIME, 400 YEARS AGO, A WRITER NAMED CERVANTES...

I'm going write about the two most important writers of our golden age: Cervants and Shakespeare. Both of them incidentally died on the same date, but actually Cervantes died on 22nd April and Shakespeare a day later on 23rd April, although their deaths are celebrated on April 23. That day is called the International Book Day in 1995.

Cervants was a soldier, novelist, poet and Spanish playwright. He is universally known for having written "The Don Quixote". It's considered the first modern novel and one of the best works of universal literature. In addition, being the most edited and translated book of history, it was given the nickname of "Prince of the Wits".

Shakespeare was an English playwright,poet and actor. He is also considered the most important writer in the English language. He was known as ' the bard of Avon'. At the age of 18 he married Anne Hathaway and they had three children. 

SHOTER ATTENTION SPAN, A PROBLEM FOR OUR STUDENTS?

Nowadays, the shorter attention span is becoming a serious problem for students. New technologies do not help students to concentrate on their studies. 

Teachers are realizing the situation that is causing this. Many students are not able to maintain attention in class for more than ten minutes. But this is not only because of new technologies , but by distracting in class with their peers.

In my view, young people today spend a lot of time with technologies. We should go out more with our friends and travel with our families. We should also organize our study hours with leisure time. 

ARE YOU LOST?

Nowadays, finding the place where you want to go is very easy with the new tecnologies; for example a GPS. For humans it is easier to find the place where we want to go than for an animal because we can use GPS and talk to people to ask.

I think that most domestic animals, in particular, dogs and cats are very intelligent at the time of getting lost. Many of them remember how to return home, also their owners don't care if they come back in a few hours and even they can leave then without a leash because they don't know that they won't leave. But there are others especially the smaller ones who aren't accustomed and if they are lost it's very difficult for them to know how to return.

I think that for humans to find somewhere is easier, we have many things to find out. I also think it is very good to find the way to the hotel if we are visiting a new city because it will be our stay for as long as we want to stay. The people who are lost the most are the children and an old people because they are the most innocent people. I say this because when I was little I got lost in a mall but they found me shortly. But there are people who are lost and can't get back especially aged people when they have the tragic alzheimer's disease.

In conclusion, I say that both animals and people have the ability to know how to go home when we get lost. Although humans have a small advantage. I think we are very similar.
