MY TOWN- 50 YEARS AGO AND NOW- BY ALBA

I live in a town in the south of Spain. 50 years ago the town was very different.

It was much smaller and the sea came to Lobres. It only had houses, there weren't any buildings. Now there are some blocks of flats. There were very few shops. but now there enough for all town.

Transport is similar. There was a bus station and taxis, altrough there were very few, but now there are many. Before there were many cars, only the people with more money town.

Nobody in my family lived in the town 50 years ago. But I think that there wasn't much to do then. It would a cinema, an health centre, a café... It woud also a museum and a castle. The castle exist now.

In conclusion, life beforewas harder and poorer, but now it's all in need.

Alba: What shall we watch?
Shawn: Have a look through the DVDs.
Alba: Oh, you're got Twilight. That's a good film. I like Robert Pattison and Taylor Lautner.
Shawn: Do you? I used to really like him, but I've gone off him a bit.
Alba: What about "Grito 3"?
Shawn: No, I watched it last month. How about "Everest"? Do you like Jason Clarke?
Alba: He's not bad, but I don't know Jason.
Shawn: He's an excellent actor.
Alba: Oh, this is good: "The Lovely Bones".
Shawn: That's my sister. I'm not very keen on drama.
Alba: Well, what shall we watch, then?
Shawn: There's a good flim on TV tonight: "Avatar".
Alba: AVATAR! That's oft-repeated.
Shawn: OK, let's watch Twilight, then.

THIS IS ME BY ALBA

To begin with, I'm going to write about my image.
I don't think I'm particular trendy. I usually wear jeans, a slipper and a top. I wear a tracksuit twice a week. In formal days, I wear dresses, skirts, overalls, heel..I never wear make-up, only in formal days. I usually wear jewellery.

There are three things that I love and now I'm going to talk about them.
My favourite day is Saturdat. Because I can saty up late because the next day Sunday. I also love going out with mu friends for dinner or whatching scary movies. The third thing I love is my dog! That's very cute and playful.

On the contrary.
I don't like false friends. The second thing I hate is having arguments with my sister, for stupid family matters thigs. The third thing I hate is studing, but thanks to this in the future I will be able to work.

Alba: Oh!, hello. Can I speak to Patricia, please?
Patricia's mum: Yes. Who's calling?
Alba: Alba.
Patricia's mum: Just a moment, please.
Alba: OK.
Patricia: Hi, Alba. How are you?
Alba: Fine. What are you doing now?
Patricia: I'm playing computer games. Why?
Alba: I'm whatching a film on TV at Jacob's house. Would you like to come?
Patricia: Mmm..What flim is it?
Alba: The film is "Regresión".
Patricia: OH! YES. Is Mª José going too?
Alba: Yes, of course.
Patricia: What time are you going?
Alba: At about half past eight. I'll call for you on the way, if you like.
Patricia: OK, thanks. :)

PATRICIA & ME

I'm going to describe my best friend Patricia and me.

Our personalities are so similar. 

My friend Patricia is very funny and loving. 

I'm friendly, funny and cheerful.

Patricia is short, she has got long hair, she has got green eyes. She wears glasses.

We love staying together. We are always smily.

We have know each other since we were three years old.

Both of us like music and dogs.

We are different because she likes singing and I like dancy.

She also likes traveling and singing in public.

FINIS MUNDI

I'd like to recommend a book which I read recently, called "Finis Mundi". The author of the book is Laura Gallego.

The book is a drama and an andventure. The main characters are three young boys and girl and a dog. Michel is a monk, Mattius is a joungleur, Lucía wanted to be jongleur and she accompany Mattius in it's adventure and Sirius pet of Mattius.

The things I liked most about the book were the characters. The places are during all the story. Also that only three chapters tells you many adventures and it is increible.

All in all, I really liked the novel. The ending isn't happy, but on the other had if it is. I recommend this book to all the people.

ANSEL ELGORT

Ansel Elgort was born on March 14th, 1994 in New York (USA). He is 1.93cm tall. Descent, son of the director of opera Gethe Barret Holby and photographer Arthur Elgort fashiones.


He studied dance as a child and began to represent theatrical Works in his teens.

He debuted in the cinema by participating in "Carrie" (2013), versión of the eponymous novel by Stephen King with Chole Grace Moretezin the main role.

A year later Caleb Prior in "Divergente" (2014), this adapted into a book of Verónica Roth with role of Shailene Woodley who returned to agreed. "The fault in Ours Stars" (2014), teen romantic drama that led to the big screen to a known novel by John Green.

It was directed by Jason Reitran on "Men, Woman and children" (2014), film about changes that have internet in personal relationships.

His girlfriend is the dancer Violetta Komyshan.

JAMES FENIMORE COOPER

James Fenimore Cooper is an American novelist who wrote thirty-two aadventure novels about the life of the pioneers and their clashes with the Readskins. Some of these novels are: "The pioneers" (1823), "The last of the Mohicans" (1826), "Prairie" (1827) 2Trapper" (1840) and "Hunter of deer" (1841). His Works enjoyed enormous fame in Europe.


When he was a child, he lived in the colony of Cooperstown (in New York). He was at the Albany School and at Yale University. In 1820 he published his first narration "Caution", but it wasn't a big success. However, in 1821, he was succesful with his story "The spy".


Then in 1823, when he was 18 years old, he began to write novels about the pioneers. The best-known of the five novels he wrote was "The last of the Mohicans", which was very popular among children and young adults.
